On behalf of myself and my family I would like to say “thank you” for the ParadeRest event held in Charlottesville, Virginia on 25 May, 2014. It is important to remember those that have served our country in the armed forces and given every last measure of devotion to include their lives. This event was poignant and one of the most memorable Memorial Days our family can remember. The respect shown to those who served their country, especially our World War II veterans from the historic battle of D-Day on 6 June, 1944 was exceptionally moving. To hear from those individuals from our “greatest generation” was not only moving but humbling. To then honor all those who have served in our various wars and conflicts by asking them to stand and be publicly thanked was classy and kind. We must thank those who have served and the select group who have given all, “some gave all and all gave some”. Please accept our gratitude and most importantly our thanks for the wonderful work you do for our veterans.
I would also like to thank you and your organization for what y’all do. It is a great service and I have enjoyed the many venues you have allowed me to attend. I have been trying to pass the word on to my fellow Soldiers hoping they will take advantage of what y’all do also.
We couldn’t have had a better experience with ParadeRest. My family had a wonderful time at the game, and we are very appreciative of the organization and what it does for servicemembers, veterans, and their families.
ParadeRest is a great organization and I have enjoyed all the venues they have provided tickets for. Thanks ParadeRest!
I appreciate the service Parade Rest does for us Veterans.
I am grateful for the service and support offered to military members. Service members with large families can still enjoy events at little to no cost. Thank you!
